Tool Introduction

Hydraulic circulation valve is a full bore circulation tool that can be connected above or below the test valve. When connected below the test valve, the valve is used as a bypass for the packer, which can reduce the suction effect of the tool during drilling and downhole processes; When connected above, it is used as a circulation valve to circulate the formation fluid accumulated in the pipe column after testing.

① No torque is required to operate the valve;

② Release the weight of the column downwards onto the circulation valve, and the bypass hole is closed; Lift the weight of the pipe column and directly open the bypass hole;

③ After the weight of the pipe column is placed on the circulation valve, the delay mechanism begins to delay, ensuring that the packer is sealed before the bypass hole is closed;

④ Having self-locking ability, the bypass hole will not open due to excessive pressure difference during alert measures.

operation

Lower the column seat sealing device, delay the hydraulic circulation valve for a certain period of time, and after the construction is completed, lift the column to open the bypass.
