Tool Introduction

The RD tubing string test valve is a full bore valve that performs pressure testing on the working tubing string when entering the wellbore. The valve is operated after inserting a permanent packer or a seat seal retrievable packer. By operating this tool, annular pressure is applied to cause the rupture disk to rupture and move the core shaft upward, and the ball valve is opened.

operation

The operating pressure of the reinforced safety circulation valve is usually set within the range of 1000-1500Psi above the operating pressure of other tools. The reinforced safety circulation valve is operated by the annular pressure acting on the rupture disk. The annular pressure is applied to break the shear pin of the rupture disk, and at the same time, the downward ball valve of the core shaft is closed, the circulation hole is opened, and the communication between the inside and outside of the pipe is achieved to achieve cyclic operation.
