High pressure fluctuation valve is a fully open annular pressure operated valve used in casing wells. This tool typically operates as a standalone back pressure valve. The high-pressure fluctuation valve consists of two parts: a ball valve part and a working piston part.

The ball valve section includes a ball valve that provides a barrier for the upper part of the oil pipe.

During the operation of the high-pressure fluctuation valve, the rupture disk is ruptured by pressurizing the annulus. The annulus pressure enters the rupture disk hole and pushes the spindle to cut the shear pin and move upwards. At this time, the locking block falls into the annular groove on the spindle to lock the spindle, preventing it from moving downwards and keeping the ball valve in the open position; If you want to close the ball valve again, you must lift the tool out of the ground for disassembly and maintenance.
