The chemical injection valve is generally connected to the position near the wellhead on the pipe column, and is connected to the injection valve through the interface of the injection pipeline on the ground. The valve core inside the chemical injection valve is tightly attached to the sealing surface of the valve body under the action of spring force, which can prevent the liquid or gas in the oil pipe from flowing back to the casing annulus or the chemical injection pipeline. When chemical injection is needed, it only needs to be pressurized from the injection pipe. When a certain pressure difference is generated between the injection pipeline and the inside of the pipe column, the injection valve core opens, and the chemical is injected into the pipe column through the injection valve and the working cylinder.

Structural characteristics

① The chemical injection valve is designed with metal hard seals and O-ring seals. When the pressure inside the oil pipe is transmitted to the bottom of the injection valve and comes into contact with the valve core, the elastic sealing element bears this energy. When the pressure difference increases, the metal to metal seal becomes effective;

② The valve system for controlling the injection of chemical agents consists of an upper short section, a connecting short section, an upper plug core, a lower short section, and a lower plug core spring. It is made of Inconel 718 alloy steel and 3YC7 material, suitable for high H2S and CO2 environments, and has excellent corrosion resistance.

When chemical injection is required, it only needs to be pressurized from the injection pipe.
