Sliding sleeve layout valve is a tool used for layout after testing, often connected between two closed ball valves, to rotate out the trapped geological samples between the two ball valves.

Structural characteristics

① Before going down the well, the layout holes on the pressure relief sliding sleeve are sealed by two sets of O-rings;

② Mix the pressure relief sliding sleeve and the pressure relief screw sleeve with two screws, and ensure that the pressure relief screw sleeve does not loosen during the process of going down the well;

③ When it comes to the need for ground layout, connecting a dedicated layout tool can achieve layout.

operation

The sliding sleeve on the sliding sleeve type layout valve has a layout hole, which is usually in a misaligned state with the layout hole on the lower joint and is not connected to each other. During layout, the pressure relief screw is rotated to drive the sliding through the thread between the pressure relief sliding sleeve and the pressure relief sliding sleeve, so that the layout hole on the sliding sleeve is aligned with the sample hole on the lower joint, and the sample can be released.
