Tool Introduction

The selection test valve is a tool used for operating under annular pressure inside casing wells. It can open and close the well multiple times, and at any stage of testing, it can lock the ball valve in the open position; It is also possible to switch between lock mode and standard mode.

Structural characteristics

① The selection test valve consists of four basic parts: ball valve part, upper hydraulic part, nitrogen power part, and oil chamber metering part;

② The combination of power kit and selector can achieve the selection of standard mode and locking mode;

③ Paws can prevent premature tool movement caused by fluid movement;

④ The nitrogen powered mechanism accumulates energy during the pressurization process and releases energy after depressurization to ensure operational reliability;

⑤ The delay increase of nitrogen pressure and delayed release of nitrogen pressure in the oil chamber metering mechanism can ensure the reliability of tool well opening and closing;

⑥ The delay time of the measuring set can be selected according to different well depths.

Standard mode: Apply operating pressure to open the well, release operating pressure to close the well;

Lock mode: Apply pressure to open the well, release the operating pressure to open the well;

Apply pressure again to open the well and release the operating pressure to close the well.
