There is a grease injection port, a grease return port, a spray box liquid control port, and an overflow port on the liquid control spray box. The main body is equipped with three flow blocking tubes. Inject high-pressure and high viscosity sealing grease into the gap between the inner wall of the blocking tube and the optical fiber through the grease injection port below. The sealing grease also fills the gap between the outer armor of the optical fiber. Due to the small gap between the optical fiber and the inner wall of the blocking tube and the high viscosity of the sealing grease, it can effectively seal the pressure fluid flow in the well or prevent the upward flow of gas. When the high-pressure sealing grease passes through the gap between the inner wall of the long blocking tube and the optical fiber and reaches the position of the grease return port above, the resistance loss causes the sealing grease pressure to be almost zero, and the grease return port plays a role in allowing the sealing grease to flow back and recover.
There is a section of sealing rubber core inside the spray box, which is controlled by the liquid control port of the spray box to compress the sealing rubber core by the piston inside the spray box to hold the optical fiber tightly. The upper end of the anti spray box is a cable scraper. The cable scraper is equipped with a sealing core to scrape off the sealing grease adhered to the upstream optical fiber, which is the function of the cable scraper. This can greatly reduce the sealing grease carried out by the upstream optical fiber, allowing it to be recycled and reused through the grease return port, while also reducing pollution to the sealing head and parallel environment.
When the sealing effect of the sealing grease on the wellhead is not very ideal, use a hydraulic control and grease injection pressure control system to pressurize the piston inside the anti spray box (maximum hydraulic control pressure not exceeding 21MPa), compress the sealing rubber core, and at this time, the packing can play a certain role in sealing the optical fiber. Under the dual sealing of the sealing grease and packing, the wellhead can be effectively and completely sealed. The compression degree of the fiber optic cable can be flexibly adjusted through hydraulic control and grease injection pressure control system according to the on-site situation, so that it can effectively seal the fiber optic cable and smoothly lift it up and down.
There is a horn mouth at the top of the anti spray box, which serves to protect the optical fiber from hard bending, that is, the optical fiber protector. It also has a thinner oil scraper ring at the bottom, which plays a role in scraping off the sealing grease on the upstream optical fiber. Its compression degree is controlled by rotating the horn mouth when the anti spray pipe is erected in front of the wellhead to pass through the optical fiber.
The flow resistance tube can be adjusted according to the internal pressure conditions. High pressure wells use more flow resistance tubes, and generally require three grain flow resistance tubes for 35MPa combined pressure. The number of flow resistance tubes can be appropriately reduced for low pressure wells. The protective tube of the blocking tube is a trapezoidal threaded connection, making it easy to replace the blocking tube.
