Tool Introduction:
The main function of the anti manual capture device is to prevent the instrument string from accidentally breaking or pulling off the optical fiber after being lifted from the wellbore to the anti spray nozzle, causing the instrument to fall into the wellbore. The capture device is in a normally closed state during non operation and downhole operations.
The manual capture device is installed below the nozzle, and after inserting the optical fiber into the instrument, the optical fiber can pass through the middle slot of the fork without affecting the lifting and lowering of the optical fiber.
After lifting the instrument into the wellhead, the larger diameter instrument rope cap lifts the fork vertically until the instrument passes completely. Under the action of the spring, the fork returns to a horizontal state, blocking the instrument inside the anti spray pipe to prevent it from falling back into the wellbore. When the instrument is lowered into the well, manually push the torsion bar to rotate along the axis to make the fork stand upright and open. After the instrument is lowered into the well, release the torsion spring, and the fork will automatically return to its original horizontal position under the restoring force of the torsion spring, that is, the fork will be in the closed state. It can make the instrument smoothly descend into the well.
The manual capture device mainly consists of a body, connecting joints, and anti fall components.
