The 2FZ6-35 hydraulic control double gate blowout preventer is used to seal the wellhead and prevent blowout accidents in case of accidents during the logging process. The anti spray device has a simple structure, easy use and maintenance, and simple and reliable operation.

The blowout preventer mainly consists of a main housing, two pairs of gate assemblies that move towards each other inside the main housing, a screw rod, an end cap, a handwheel, a lower joint, and a union nut and other components. When it is necessary to seal the well, the piston is driven by hydraulic pressure to move the gate body towards the center of the wellbore. By relying on the combined action of the front sealing rubber core and the top sealing rubber, the well can be sealed. Rotate the locking handwheel clockwise to lock the gate body in the closed position. When opening the well, turn the locking handwheel counterclockwise to fully retract it back to its initial position, and then the well can be opened.

The blowout preventer is equipped with a pair of fully sealed gate bodies and a pair of semi sealed gate bodies. Half sealed gate is mainly used to seal the wellhead in case of bird nest accidents or other malfunctions of the anti spray box and anti spray pipe that require maintenance.

There are two balance valves installed in the middle of one side of the blowout preventer housing. After the blowout preventer is closed, it cannot be opened under pressure. When it is necessary to open the blowout preventer, the balance valve must be opened first to balance the upper and lower pressure of the gate body before opening the blowout preventer. The method to open the balance valve is to use an inner hexagonal wrench to rotate counterclockwise and loosen the valve core by about two buckles until it reaches the inner end face of the hole with an elastic retaining ring. When the blowout preventer is opened, the valve core should be tightened downwards immediately to prevent seal failure when the wellhead is closed again.

The front and top seals of the gate are made of rubber products, which are characterized by large elastic deformation under external force, and can evenly adhere to the sealing surface to prevent pressure leakage. When closing the well, it is necessary to seal all around, including the seal between the front seal of the gate and the optical fiber, the seal between the top seal of the gate and the shell, the seal between the shell and the end cover, and the seal between the end cover and the control rod, in order to achieve the sealing effect of the well.

There is a guide limit pin on the shell, which is used to cooperate with the guide groove on the gate body to prevent the gate body from rotating in the circumferential direction during operation. The gate body is equipped with a guide groove, which is used to allow the pressure inside the well to enter the rear of the gate and push the gate towards the center of the wellbore, playing a role in assisting in sealing with well pressure.
