Tool Introduction

The naked eye bypass valve is a tool that facilitates the lifting and lowering of the test string and the unsealing of the packer. When the test string encounters a reduced diameter section during the lifting and lowering of the wellbore, the well control fluid can flow through the bypass hole from the inner hole of the packer core, allowing the test string to be smoothly lifted and lowered. When the test is completed, the bypass valve opens, and the pressure above and below the packer is balanced, facilitating the unsealing of the packer.

The naked eye bypass valve mainly consists of a main bypass valve, a secondary bypass valve, and a delay mechanism.

operation

After drilling, lower the packer seat of the pipe string, move the spindle downwards, close the main bypass, and close the auxiliary bypass while opening the multi flow tester; After the test is completed, lift the tubing string for 1-4 minutes, move the spindle upward, open the main bypass, balance the pressure difference between the upper and lower packers, and unseal the packers.
