Tool Introduction

The single flow valve is used in the perforation fracturing process and is connected to the lower end of the hydraulic spray gun. When perforation is required, the single flow valve can act as a plug. When the perforation pressure is transmitted to the single flow valve, the steel ball of the single flow valve will block the diameter of the tool, preventing pressure from passing through the diameter but instead spraying out through the nozzle.

When working underground, the liquid and pressure flowing from the upper end of the tool are blocked. When the liquid flows through the single flow valve from the lower end, the steel ball will be lifted up, and the pressure cap will block the steel ball from being flushed out of the tool. The pressure cap has 5 lower holes, and the liquid will flow out of the tool through these 5 small holes.
