Tool Introduction

This packer is an unsupported and recyclable hydraulic packer suitable for casing operations, including oil pipe and casing annulus operations. It is mainly used for fracturing, sand control, acidification, water plugging, channeling, and sealing operations. When combined with sliding sleeve sandblasters, hydraulic anchors, and other tools, it can form a mechanical pressure divider column to meet the mechanical pressure divider requirements of stationary columns required for on-site production.

Structural characteristics

① The packer is mainly composed of an upper joint, a rubber cylinder, a rubber cylinder seat, a sand filter, and a lower joint;

② The rubber cylinder adopts a steel wire skeleton structure, effectively improving its ability to repeatedly seat and withstand high pressure.

operation

After the packer is lowered to the predetermined position, pressure is applied from the inside of the pipe column, and the liquid flows through the central pipe and enters the inner cavity of the rubber cylinder through the anti sand gap on the sand filter, causing the rubber cylinder to expand and thus seal the annular space of the oil sleeve. When unsealing is needed, simply release the pressure. The oil sleeve pressure difference disappears, and the rubber cylinder can be released by its own elasticity to retract.
